Digital View provides digital media streaming subscriptions, access setup links, and technical support for IPTV playback across supported devices (Smart TVs, Android devices, Firestick, iOS, Mag boxes, PC, etc.).
3. Account Usage & Restrictions
- Single Household / Simultaneous Connections: Each subscription line is intended for use on a single device at a time, unless you have explicitly purchased a multi-room or multi-connection plan.
- Prohibition of Re-streaming & Sharing: Sharing, selling, or re-broadcasting your line credentials (M3U links, Xtream Codes, or MAC address access) with third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Account Suspension: Any unauthorized account sharing, simultaneous stream abuse, or attempted hacking will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Pricing: All prices for subscription plans are displayed on our website and are subject to change. However, active subscriptions will not be affected by price changes during their valid term.
- Payment Authorization: By completing a checkout, you authorize Digital View (or our secure third-party payment processors) to charge the designated amount to your chosen payment method.
- Renewal: Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated at checkout. You will need to renew your plan manually upon expiration to avoid service interruption.
5. Refunds & Cancellations

6. Service Quality & Availability
- Internet Requirements: Digital View requires a high-speed and stable internet connection (minimum recommended speeds: 12 Mbps for HD, 30+ Mbps for 4K). We are not responsible for streaming issues resulting from slow internet, Wi-Fi interference, or ISP throttling.
- Channel Lineups & Server Maintenance: Channel lists, VOD content, and server configurations may undergo periodic updates, adjustments, or maintenance without prior notice. Temporary loss of specific channels does not constitute a breach of contract.
7. Intellectual Property & Disclaimer
Digital View does not own, host, re-transmit, or store any video files or live stream media on its servers. All media content is aggregated from external third-party links available publicly or via independent stream operators. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local digital copyright laws in their respective jurisdictions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital View shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, server downtime, or device incompatibility.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the website or service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
